I ask Josh what he’s learned by evaluating theme parks and attractions that we can as tour operators implement in our business to improve the guest experience.

I got chatting with Joshua Liebman. He has more than 13 years of experience in the theme parks and attractions industry.
Joshua specializes in guest experience training, guest experience feedback, mystery shopping, quality assurance consulting. So he works very closely with theme parks and attractions to go in and mystery shop then evaluates and work out how they can create an even better experience for their guests.
I know all of us tourpreneurs are always wanting to create the best experience we can for our guests and customers. So I thought it’d be a lot of fun to chat with Joshua today on the show because he has a lot of hands-on experience in this space.
