In an email sent today to its tour operator partners, Tripadvisor Experiences announce several new features and product updates:
1. ‘We’ve just released a new way to collect reviews on your own website. It’s simple—just incorporate an HTML snippet on your site to encourage travelers to review your product. Once they’ve shared their opinion, their review will be published on TripAdvisor, too.
2. New customizable review requests for your business We automatically request reviews from TripAdvisor and Viator bookers, but now you can use our customizable email templates to easily ask for reviews from all of your customers, no matter where they book. You can customize the messaging and save templates to use later on.
3. Add an intro offer to new products. Gain more visibility with customers and get your first booking faster by adding an intro offer to products under 30 days old. This self-service feature gives you the power to set discounts on new products to attract attention and start receiving bookings.’
