How it works
Wednesday, December 2 · Online
11:00am ET: 15-minute opening keynote
11:15am to 1:30pm ET: booths open for visitors
Operators find you on the floor
Operators follow a direct link onto the show floor: an interactive floor plan, a bit like a game board, that spans two levels. Your booth is labeled with your company name, so operators can spot you, double-click to sit down, and switch levels with the elevator button to find more booths.

They join your booth, live
Your booth works like a private video call. Operators sit down, appear on live video and talk with your team face to face. Several can join at once, and some listen in while you answer someone else’s question. Share your screen for a quick demo. Booths have a limited number of seats, so keep your team small.

They leave with your offer
Give away your offer or resource in your booth, like a free guide, a demo link or a trial, and share the link in your booth chat as often as you like. It’s also listed in the exhibitor directory operators receive, so they can follow up when they’re ready. Attendee lists aren’t shared, so this is how interested operators reach you after the show.

Who you’ll meet
The operators who show up are actively working on their businesses, and many come with a specific problem they want to solve.
We bring the audience
Tourpreneur promotes the show across every channel in the weeks before it.

Register your booth
Exhibiting is part of your Preferred Partner membership. Just say you’re a partner in the registration form.
Not a Preferred Partner? Register the same way. Booths are $500, and we’ll email you a payment link after you register.

Keynote sponsorship
Open the show from the main stage
One company opens the show with a 15-minute keynote at 11:00am ET, before the booths open at 11:15. It’s the only presentation at the show, so you speak to every operator who’s there for the opening.
Share real expertise on a topic tour operators care about, and introduce your company before they start visiting booths. The keynote is its own sponsorship, separate from a booth. To apply, email your proposed topic to hello@tourpreneur.com.
What past exhibitors say
Anna CashmanB2B Brand and Insights Lead, GetYourGuide“The Tourpreneur team are active partners: they consulted with us, were super responsive to our questions, and made sure we got the most from the experience. The trade show will no doubt become a key part of our field marketing strategy.”
Jerome BajouCaptainbook“The virtual trade show provided an excellent opportunity for us to connect with both partners and potential buyers. We secured several promising leads and have already begun integrating with a new partner.”
Martin RosenbergOverseasinfo.TV“I met some new people who were very interested in what we are doing, and we arranged to connect and develop our conversations further. As a promotional outlet it was just the same as being physically at an exhibition, without the costs.”
Meghan ForbesFotaflo“The diversity of operators, ranging from well-established businesses to those still in the planning phase, made for engaging and meaningful conversations. It was especially rewarding to share insights with new entrepreneurs while learning about their priorities as they’re just starting out.”
John MaguireCEO, TripAdmit“The event provided a highly efficient and well-structured platform to engage with a diverse range of tour and activity providers from multiple countries, without the logistical challenges of traditional trade shows. We look forward to participating again.”
David KunzeTourPPC“We seemed to always have someone, or groups of someones, to talk to. I treated it like a quick-serve restaurant: tell us your marketing challenge, let us brainstorm with you on what might work, next up.”
Madeline WillettCornerstone Safety Group“This community is built on connection, and this personal and approachable way to engage really makes a difference in how we market our support.”
Samuel JefferiesBókun“We loved being part of this. I thought the tech was great and considering how many people were involved it was expertly managed!”
