In this quick call, we check in with Brian Cain, the tour operator behind Crawl New Orleans (party tours) we learn how he is coping with the COVID-19 lockdown and how he plans to come back stronger.
Brian tells Tourpreneur “Our revenue was growing 300% month over month up until the mandatory shut down here in New Orleans.”
“Additionally, the expansion to our second market, Nashville, was finalized on March 4th with a planned launch on April 25th, which has been put on hold for an extended period of time to evaluate how tourism will come back.
We have also implemented free virtual experiences to help with brand awareness and have received positive feedback. Those experiences are currently in the third week of programming and we have learned a lot in that space since the launch.”
