Arival, the event for the tours, activities, experiences and attractions industry has officially announced that the Arival Phoenix event is canceled. We talk with co-founder Bruce Rosard to learn what this means for those who have registered for the Arival Phoenix event as well as what is next for Arival as it goes virtual.

We discuss credits v refunds (see the incentive package below for those who opt for credit.) Bruce also reveals more about the ‘virtual’ replacement for Arival Phoenix – Arival 360. He shares what Arival learned from their first virtual one-day event and how their Arival 360 – 5-day event in October/November will be even better.

Tourpreneur Host Shane Whaley shares on this podcast episode that he is opting for the credit as he wants to see Arival alive and thrive in 2021 and beyond.

What does this mean for your Arival Phoenix registration?

You have the option of rolling your registration for a full credit to one in-person Arival conference in 2021 or 2022 or receiving a refund for your registration. If you are able to do so, we hope you will keep your registration with Arival. If you do, we will provide you with the following four benefits:

  1. A ticket to any one Arival live event through 2022.
  2. An unlimited registration ticket for your company for Arival 360, the Virtual Event that is replacing Arival Phoenix, which enables all employees from your company to attend. (Value $399)
  3. A free subscription to the Virtual Masterclass Summit Series through December 31, 2021. Arival Virtual Masterclass Summits will be one-day virtual events that provide in-depth, practical and advanced education, insights and networking on specific topics. These will be held monthly beginning in January 2021. We will announce more details soon. (Value $949+)
  4. Free access to Arival research reports produced between September 1, 2020 and December 31, 2021, including the Experience Revolution and Mobile Self-Guided Tours. (Value $200+)

Check out the details for Arival 360 HERE

**If we don’t hear from you by September 15th, your ticket will automatically convert to the Arival 360 virtual ticket with a ticket to a future Arival live event and additional benefits as detailed above.**
